My sky app for billing or viewing products isn’t working

For months I haven't been able to log into my sky app to

view any of my services or my billing. Tried to call sky to fix this problem and no one could help and just kept passing me to a different department who didn't know how to fix it. Things have been added into my account and I CANT NOT VIEW MY BILLING TO SEE THIS!!!

When you try to access your bill what is happening and does the same happen if you use this link:

Omg I was able to view my billing using that link, but when I try to do it either through the mobile app or web browser it is telling me I am restricted, I have unlink it and delete the app and tried various option and still can't not access this. Through that link was the only way I was able to view it in months. Thank you so much for that!
