Bill received 5 months after leaving

I've just received a bill for £93.50 5 months after leaving Sky. All equipment has been returned, account closed and all bills settled.

 

I haven't had anything else from Sky since I closed the account not have I heard anything from them. 

I've tried calling the numbers provided, but unless I pay the bill, I can't get through to speak to anyone! 

 

I'm not paying a bill that isn't valid just to speak to someone about the bill in question. There's got to be another way to actually speak to someone? 

The chat is useless too, they say on there I have to pay to speak to someone, which is an absolute joke.

 

Any help or advice would be gratefully received!
