Bill query

Why am I constantly receiving text messages about bill outstanding or overdue when you have my bank details and sufficient funds are always available. I'm getting sick of theses messages each month   I need to speak to someone to clarify exactly what information you hold on your system.   I do not require AI assistance in need this sorting now

@Thomas1960 Sky need either your card details, or you need a direct debit in place.
