Bill payment

I have been made some payment for my mobile contracts. How will it affect to my future direct debit payments.

Hi @DD3   If it is less than 14 days until your payment date, then the full amount will be taken. Any credit should be used in future bills. The advice is to never make manual payments especially as you have a DD set up.

Hi @DD3   I suppose you could try calling Sky (150) and ask them to refund the unneccessary payment(s) back to your bank account.
