Payment

You have tried to take a payment of £93 out of my account on the 14th of October. 
please can you advise me why this is as I am only set up with sku broadband which is £27 a month.

You are only talking to other customers here so could a discount have ended, what shows via your account here:

Does it show why this might be happening if you look at your latest bill to last months ?
