The T's and C's state you should have a direct debit or a continuous card payment set up. That means manual payments are unnecessary unless your services are restricted due to non payment.

As well as paying the bill have you also setup your payment details on your account because this will need doing if you are yet to do this.

 

Once that has been done you are waiting for the banks to clear the payment you made which might not happen until Monday at the earliest.

@jSenson123 if you paid the vill in full and set up a new monthly payment, it's most likely that your payment hasn't cleared yet.
