Bill page restricted

I want to view my Bill page and fnd out details about my account/contract but after logging in I just see a 'page restricted' message.

This question has been posted before on these complaint pages but none the answers contain a solution that does not involve speaking to someone else, somehow. Don't know how this happens.

Are you logged in with your main Sky ID as it is only this one can access the billing.

 

If you are then we can arrange some help for you via Sky's messaging team if you want.

I dunno. I've only got one as far as I can see. I bought a Now broadband package last septmeber if that helps

What services do you have via Sky and not Not because for Now billing you need to use this link:

Unfortunately that that didn't work - it didn't like my log in and didn't send over a requested password reset (on two attempts). I've given up trying. Only joined in September so too early too leave and no real need to so I'll just go on without a bill for a bit and hopefully I'll have better luck at accessing my account when its time to leave. Thank you. The link doesn't work for me but I see I have earned some badges and I am level 1. The account finder requires payment details but my payment method is not listed so it won't work. I've given up now so no need to follw up on this post. Thanks for your help all the same.
