@WalSt
To remove part of your TV package you need to give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. You may be able to remove it from your MySky account at
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
otherwise you can either call Sky or use the messaging service to cancel this

Re: Remove Sky Cinema from my subscription

Thank you for your reply and suggestions Daniel - much appreciated. I originally added Sky Cinema to my existing package as a rolling Month subscription - It still displays it as this rolling subscription on my monthly bill. After exploring the available options it looks like you can only activate additional services via your TV or mySky app; There are no options to cancel them. Going via the AI Help was even less helpful - "Cancel Sky Cinema" Just ends up advising a phone call. So after 44 minutes on the phone talking to an advisor, I actually ended up feeling sorry for them - They explained they were unable to remove it from the options they had available. So this is very poor customer service from sky; Not the phone advisor, he was great and patient; But Manage my account via the TV? No - you have to download an app, which provides no extra help; Waste of time. AI help? Terrible. Except for the advisor, the customer experience was terrible.

That doesn't sound right as they should be able to cancel it for you, one other way to try this is by using the messaging service:

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
