Bill not updated

I got a new phone on the 23rd dec 25, my bill for January is £68 but I paid £20 off on the 9th January and my bill still says £68. Why hasn't it updated to say £48?

If you made a manual payment then the chances are it has gone onto your account as a credit as there is no need to make such payments as you have done. If your January bill date is the 23rd the £20 credit might be used to part pay this bill, if this doesn't happen it should be used against your February one.

Indeed, making manual payments are not required as they may not have the impact you expect.

 

Chances are the bill for January was already produced when you made the manual payment so will not reflect upon it.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
