Bill issues with Netflix ..

Getting charged for Netflix for your selfs when I all ready had my own account before I joyed sky tv so don't no why my bill is £32.00  ur charging me £11.00 for Netflix my bill should be £21.00 not £32.00 ...

Until you link your NetFlix account they will keep charging you.  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-netflix

 

If this is an initial bill they will be higher than expected as it covers a period longer than a month.  Do your future bills show the correct amount?

Have you activated a Netflix account with Sky because if so that would be why you are being charged for it via Sky.

 

As we are customers here you will need to call Sky about this/

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
