Bill increase
Im unsure why, but last 2 months my bill has increased by nearly £20 can anyone advise?

The annual price increase kicks in in April, otherwise discounts may have ended? Compare those bills with earlier ones.

An increase over your last two bills could suggest that this is due to a discount you had on your account that is or now has come to an end.
