The usual reason for this is a discount coming to the end.

 

Probably best to review the itemised bills  online or in the Mysky app (or via a SKY Q box if that is what you have) to see what has changed

@Gedguy58  Have discounts ended?  Have you compared the previous months with this months bill?

 

As customers we have no acces to anyones bills.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
