Bill does not reflect offer

I am reposting this as my first post was moved/deleted without explanation.

I am responsible for my mothers sky account.

Her bill was approximately £75. I contacted sky to aim for a lower price and was quoted £65.33 by the agent. I confirmed this multiple times with the agent.

This new package included signature, cinema package and upgrade to her internet.

Her online billing before the transition of internet packages showed a price in the low £70 region.

A second phone call resulted in this discrepancy being logged as a complaint. I was promised a call back on Sunday, but none came and I have had no word back since.

Would someone please look into this without deleting my post?

Thanks

Unfortunately that cannot happen as the result of a forum post: this isn't a point of contact with Sky support staff.

@JAK82
We are customers and this is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.

Sky have up to 8 weeks to resolve any complaint or issue a deadlock letter.

Re: Bill does not reflect offer

Since when? The last few times I have posted here the issue has been escalated to an agent and dealt with online.

@JAK82

Escalation to the Messaging Team is only for certain matters but has been unavailable for a few months anyway.

Re: Bill does not reflect offer

So, my first post is deleted without explanation and now you're telling me this forum is useless?

Where have we said it's useless? Your first post may have been gobbled up by the automatic filters. It's happened to nearly all of us.

Re: Bill does not reflect offer

In that the whole point of my visit was to speak online to an agent. I've always praised them for positive results after they helped me out the last few times I've had to visit.

No one here is able to help, therefore, it's useless.

For your issue, yes.  But the forum still helps many other customers daily.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
