Ive paid my bill an it says on bills part of profile paid an next bill ain't due to 3rd December and they still keep trying to take 19 when it already paid

There is no need to make a manual payment as you have done as Sky's terms and conditions do state that they will take the payment automatically from you via whatever payment you have set up on your account.

 

As you have now made this manual payment you should now see a credit on your account so you have two options, you can either leave it then it will be used to pay next months bill or you can call Sky tomorrow to ask them to refund it to you and this should be back with you within 5 working days.
