Bill discrepancy

I am being billed for digital TV when I no longer have this service it ended in November last year. You have billed me every month since. My account was in credit and its only this month its started taking money from my account. I don't have sky TV so I shouldn't be charged for this. 

I only have mobile. I also received a message saying my mobile was now out of contract but I'm still being charged for the device. 

 

It should only be the data and calls. At £7.00 a month. I don't want to go to a different company as I've used you for years. I shouldn't being billed these costs.

We are customers here so can't view your account. How did you cancel Sky TV and did you receive an email confirming the cancellation? Also did you return all loaned equipment?

Yes I cancelled through sky. I sent the sky q back to them I'm with virgin now for my TV and broadband. And have been for over 6months. 

 

I need to speak to someone really but tried 3 different numbers and unable to actually speak to a person.

@Clairestars  What is happening when you try calling? Are you being prompted for payment
