Hi i need to change my billing date please they have tried to take the money but I don't get paid till 25th of this month was wondering if could change date to that one

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mouse4 You won't be able to change this months billing date as your bill is currently due(based on you saying Sky are trying to take money), any change in date would only take affect from your next bill.

Do not be tempted to make a manual payment before this automated reattempt as this will be credited against next month's bill.
