Bill PDF download corrupted

That wasn't true for me. Both my mobile and my TV & Broadband PDFs were not formatted correctly.

I will check again tonight to see if they have changed,

Yep, they are still all messed up,  Mobile is much worst that the TV & Broadband

That's really strange.

I've just downloaded my latest mobile bill PDF again, and it still looks fine.

Downloading my TV and broadband/phone bill again, it still looks wrong!

i am also having issue with the bill, half the page is taken over by the address with big exclamation mark on other page its a mess, my mobile bill doesnt have year date on them with repeated payment reductions, i have been nagging sky to have this problem resolved only to go from bad to worse, i mean what is the issue here shouldnt take months to resolve this problem, has anyone else managed to get theres resolved or is it a database issue.

My mobile bill looks correct.

The problem with the TV/Broadband PDFs is not a database issue, the information is correct, it's just not being presented as it should be.

I suspect what's happening is that the software that generates the PDF files from the bill data is just not working properly at the moment. Perhaps a file or files is missing or something, resulting in mis-formatting of the PDFs.

so is it an adobe issue or sky issue? All other pdf files when opening works completly fine, for instance british gas. it has to be sky issue as others are having the same problem

It's an issue at Sky's end, nothing to do with the Adobe reader, which is just displaying what it's being given.

Agreed. I don't use Adobe, and I have tried 2 different PDF readers and get the same messed up bill.

Come on Sky, get you finger out!

Looks like this is resolved today. Bills now look okay for me
