Bill PDF download corrupted
Since yesterday, the PDF resulting from the online Download Bill PDF link, is corrupted or at least malformated with big icons taking half a page. It was all ok over the weekend. Is Sky aware of that? Is there a problem on the Sky side that they are looking into? Is there an expected resultion timeframe?

Have you tried downloading it via a different browser to see if it the same ?

Yes. Same happening with (a) Google Chrome on laptop and with (b) Safari on tablet. Have you tried and not got that problem on your side?

Sky seemed to have updated the site recently - it looks a bit different.
However, when I click on 'Bills & Payments' it just comes up 'Bad request'.
I presume they are aware...

Still OK here, though that's for a Glass/Stream bill which I think comes from a different system.

Just tried on edge, worked fine.
Back to chrome, bad request. Hmmm, shut browser, reopen browser then works...
Anyway, PDF's fine in both browser. I would assume OP's problem is client related.

On Chrome a bad request can usually be fixed by clearing the cookies.

Confirmed here.
I've tried with several browsers, and the PDFs look the same on all of them.
That is to say, absolutely terrible!
It looks as if some formatting information is missing.
Even ones that I've downloaded before now look awful, although they didn't the first time that they were downloaded.

Have checked mine this morning for both my Sky Stream and Broadband bills.
Do agree, the resultant downloaded pdf of the bill, its formatting is not laid out correctly.
Have reported in our Superusers closed area for Sky to be made aware.
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.

Thanks @lettice much appreciated.
It was interesting to find that PDFs which had been fine before are now no longer OK if they are downloaded again.
That proves that they are generated anew every time they're requested, and aren't just stored routinely with the bills.
Also, I use Sky Mobile as well, and the PDFs there seem to be still fine, so whatever the problem is, it seems to only be affecting the PDFs of the TV and broadband/phone bills.
