Bill Increase

I was checking my Sky account this morning and found that since 2023, my broadband has increased by £10 per month.

I moved house in December 2022 and a sky colleauge explained that the bill might be a *little* higher than normal, so I thought nothing of it. Then, when I checked this morning, it turns out I've been paying a £32.50 bill for 3 months, which is higher than the £22.50 I was expecting.

Has any one else noticed this since 2023?

@OWF it can't be because ofmthe annual increase if your subscription rose in January. But your discounts may have ended even if your contract hasn't, or you may unwittingly have re-contracted when you moved home, You'll probably have to contact Sky for the reason.

There's been a general price increase.  (From 1 April)

You have 30 days to leave after notification penalty free.

@OWF

The 30 days for penalty free cancellation mentioned, I believe, is from the date you are officially notified which will be in the form of an email or letter set to arrive before 23 March.

@PandJ2020 I googled it before I came and posted this - but why would a general price increase from April 1st come into effect in Jnauary 2023? It doesn't make any sense.

Re: Bill Increase

@Daniel0210 But that means they have been charing me BEFORE giving me a chance to decline. I haven't recieved any correspondence from them since November 2022 - online or by post.
