That is NetFlix. If you are paying them direct then you need to contact Sky to give notice to cancel it. (Or link it and continue to pay Sky)

We've covered this in your several other posts. If you haven't linked an existing Netflix account with Sky, you'll be billed both by Sky and Netflix.
