Can't pay outstanding balance at moment due to not working through the passing of my father

@Andrew8181  I'm sorry for your loss, however if it's your account and not your fathers then I'm afraid ay restrictions are fully automated and Sky won't keep services running on the promise of payment.

 

If services are currently restricted they won't be reinstated until the balance is cleared and a new direct debit setup.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
