Sky called me as my package was coming to an end 2 weeks ago.
The conversation carried on via Sky what's App chat.
Basically signed up for 2 years at £63 a month.
They took £100 out my account today and say it's £95 from now when I look at billing portal.
Seems impossible to raise a fault to anyone that has access to the deals that I have in what's app messages.
Any ideas as I feel like they have stolen from me.

How long ago did you agree you deal as you have 30 day cooling off period to change if you are not happy. You should have received a confirmation email showing all the details of you new package inclding a complete break down of the new price.

You are your cooling off period never mind the app you need to phone Sky get though the automotive system, answer it's questions ignoring what it says eventually you will be asked if that's al l or words to that effect say"no" and you will be put though to human in customer service who will be able to sort out your problem , it might be a bit late to ring to night as they close 9 but give them a ring in the morning. As Isaid you should have got confirmation email when you package was changed. If you still have it see what it says it should have the prices you agreed indetail . Have this to hand when you speak to sky and quote it and ask why are being charged more

Re: Being ripped off after ask call
Futher more to my previous post if you can't find the email if you look at "your messages" in the my Sky app, you should find one the date your package was changed in your case 14 February in titled " confirming your Sky offer" this will clearly show all the details of your new pack prices and should add up to what you agreed. If you can't find this message it probley means the person you spoke to did not put your offer though. Sky will always send you a message like that immediately after you have spoken and agreed the offering to the message section of the my Sky app . If I look at my messages I can see the message sent after I agreed a new deal last week on date I agreed it and all the other messages that confirm offers of previous deals going right back tonight 2017
