@Ryancarnduff your bill shows you what you're paying and what it's for. There's an annual subscription price rise from 1 April which may account for the increase. Or perhaps your discounts have ended.
Beyond that, there's little we customers here can tell you. You would need to speak directly to Sky for more details.
