Hi

i I have had all my accounts hacked reset everything made my WiFi router secure done all the correct things.

there is an unknown user on my sky account using a sky + box and also additional user I can't seem to delete from my account.

i am single father on my own and any help would be great.

I have been getting MF frequency's in my home as if someone is using pinapple RF to piggy back my router and taking advantage of my accounts.

@Waddz

Actual 'hacking' is extremely rare, but if someone within wireless range knows the default WiFi password for your Hub signal then they can use it if you don't change the credentials or replace the Hub.

The biggest real-world security risk is typically the printed label on the rear of an ISP router.
