I have paid and set up an direct debit but I cannot reinstate my sky

I recently paid my bill and set up an direct debit, but when I tried to reinstate my sky it sends me to other pages and also asks me to ring a number but I have social anxiety.

What does your bill show now regarding the payment, does it show that you are paid up and up to date so that you owe £0.00:

In that case you will need to contact Sky to find out what has happened so instead of calling you could either use social media as there are links to Sky's sites at the bottom of this page or you could register with Sky's accessibility team as there are other contact options as you can see at the bottom of this page:
