Reimburse £6.75 on my bill I haven't received it?
Hi, Sky agreed to reimburse me £6.75 on my mobile bill last Wed 3rd July 2024. I haven't received this payment?

Okay so my next bill will be £8 - £6.75 = £1.25.............assuming I don't have any additional charges!

The £6.75 has been applied as a credit so is being used to part pay that bill.
