Being charged twice for tv package?

Im trying to book a home move but when it gets to the bit where it breaks down costs its duplicated my sky tv package? So apparently i have 2x sky tv and 2xsky kids with one sky box?? My total is 107 when its supposed to be 32+38.50 which is obviously £70.50??? Someone please help

For help you will need to call Sky.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Are the two charges for the same dates?

It doesnt say it just says monthly payment will be 107

There will be a breakdown of what the charges cover. Post an i,age, if you like, without your name and account number and so,none will take a look. Or give Sky a call
