Being charged too much each month
I recently moved and SKY organised the transfer to new address. I did originally ring to cancel Contract as were cheaper quotes elsewhere. However, the operative was very helpful and she promised me my £29 a month Contract would still apply until January 2027.
I find that I am now being charged £46 a month and instead of NOW Supafast I am being charged for Full Fibre 75 Broadband which is obviously why its more expensive. (I think its a lot slower than Supafast actually)
I cannot afford £46 per month and would have gone with one of the other companies, any idea of how I can sort this please.

You will need to do as you did before and call Sky to speak to them about it.

If the new address is in a fibre priority area then it wouldn't be possible for any ISP to place an order for 'Superfast' (FTTC) because only optical circuits are available on the wholesale market.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
