Been waiting for refund

Been waiting nearly 3 months for refund from my account after changing to another broadband provider in October, how long should it take for a refund to be placed back  into my bank account or should I just go to the ombudsman to sort rather than getting the runaround.

What was the refund for?

of for an overpayment then normally it is applied as a credit on your account and would be used against any other products that are still active on your account, you would be best to contact sky for confirmation

It should have been with you by now so if the credit is still showing on your bill then you will need to either call Sky or use one of the social media links at the bottom of the page to get in touch with them about this then once they have issued the refund you are looking at up to 5 working days before it is back in your account.
