Been talking to an agent re a new tv package but lost contact
I need to re-establish contact with agent I communicated earlier today. I was being offered a new tv package. @Ayesh

As we are customers here we can't reconnect you and that person you have tagged is just a member who picked that username and isn't who you were chatting to.
You will either need to use the chat again or call Sky.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

Not sur3 who that is that you've tagged? In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. If the initial contact was via the phone you'll need to call again but the chances of getting the same agent are extremely unlikely.
