I have just called customer services on 150 to upgrade to wifi max. On checking my next bill, the cost of call charges has gone up by £4.75. I have my landline connected to Sky but don't have a calling package. Are all calls to 150 meant to be free?

I'd suggest checking your itemised bill for details.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAll calls to Sky Customer Services should be inclusive from a Sky mobile or Sky Talk landline. That should include the 150 number or the genuine 0333 numbers on Skys websites.

@Mark39yes, I will wait for the actual bill before I query it.
Is there any way to see the list of calls made before the bill is generated?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Fran61 Sign in Here and click anything highlighted in blue and it should reveal itemised billing however it may take upto 48 hours from when the call/text/data was made/sent/used before it shows
