Ballance carried forward
Hi guys so on my mobile bill I have £103.60 balance carried forward which it says credit I paid my bill manually and have read I shouldn't have done it manually and it would have been taken out automatically. I made a payment of £51.80 for month one for month 2 it says balance carried forward credit £103.60. Can I get refunded

Credit refund
My refund for my manual payment has not come through yet as I had 2 payments come out for my mobile bill. My app is showing that my next months bill is £51.80 but before it said balance carried forward credit and that my next bill was £0 now that has disappeared and it says £51.80 my next bill and my refund has not come through yet.

Can you post a screenshot of this bill and if you do please blank out your name and account/credit agreement numbers if they are visible along with mobile numbers.

I got a message in the morning from sky that my sky mobile bill has been refunded as I have been in contact with them over the past few days. It says, 'Hello. Your sky mobile bill refund of £51.80 has now been processed. To check your bill, go to sky.com/mysky. Any clue on how long it will take for me to get my money in the back as it's not come through yet.

The fact that the credit has disappeared from your account confirms that the refund has been processed. It normally takes 2 to 5 days to arrive in your bank.
