Balance refund after cancellation

Hi,

 

I cancelled my Sky Broadband back in February and now my account is showing a credit of €82.58. As I no longer use Sky services I would like this credit refunded to my account (my direct debit instructions is still in tact). Can someone highlight this to the right team member so I can start the refund process

To see if they can help you I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Community Messaging Team should make contact with you later.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

I got a response from the UK support account but they said they transfer it to the Irish group responsible for refunds but I havent heard anything since they did this.

How can I make contact with the correct Irish department for refunds?

I still haven't had any contact from the Sky Ireland support, my last contact was 22nd of this month from the UK saying they were passing it to the Irish team but no word since.

As you can see from the post immediately above yours another Escalation chat was sent on the 25th. If you didn't engage in that it will have closed now.
