Bad support

I need to speak with a support person, do Sky not provide human support on a Saturday or Sunday?

Yes, what's the issue you're trying to resolve?

@MaryAtt

If you're in the ROI I believe Customer Services are closed at weekends.

Re: Bad support

I agree. If there is any problem I shouldn't have to air it on a public forum full of unepathetic people. I should be able to speak to customer service from my actual broadband provider. This is nonscence

You can.  (Unless it's for non-payment where you have to pay first)

That would certainly be desirable, but unfortunately almost all domestic broadband customers choose their provider based on lowest price, which consequently drives down overall service levels for all users.

A business leased line would typically include 24-hour call centre provision with a defined maximum wait, at somewhere between five and ten times the monthly cost of a domestic connection.
