Sky TV

My sky TV saying I need to subscribe but I have it all also I have tried looking on my account to see if I owe money as I'm in hospital has been since 5th of march and I can't find TV on my account I go home at weekends and it was not working

If the account has been in deficit for over three months then it's possible Sky has closed it: unfortunately you'll still need to pay any outstanding balance.

If a bill hasn't been paid for 56 days then Sky do close accounts.
