AA doesn't qualify you for Sky's social tariffs, but any customer can seek a discount.

Universal Credit (UC)
Pension Credit (PC)
Income-based Employment Support Allowance (I-ESA)
Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (I-JSA)

@Michael+Xd Social tariffs are aimed at households struggling financially, which is why the list of qualifying benefits are all means-tested.
Attendance Allowance is not a means-tested benefit, which is why, I suspect, it doesn't qualify you for a social tariff.

I think that's correct: in addition the qualifying benefit has to be one where DWP enables external commercial organisations to do an electronic look-up to verify receipt.
