Arrears
Hi.
I'm in arrears but I have been making weekly payments to pay it off, and it's still been referred to a debt collecting agency. Does anyone know if I can carry on making payments and to stop the agency contacting me? I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years and it's been the first time I've got into this mess 😞
Thank you

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee.

Re: Arrears
I suggest you contact the debt recovery company. It sounds like Sky have passed your arrears to them. You can't have a payment plan on a 'live' Sky account.
