App & Website
On the mysky app and also the sky website I have a problem where when searching for the latest offers or package I cannot proceed and go through the process of signing up. Tried to do this for Sky Stream Ultimate but it bombed out saying I've already got a great offer ........I haven't even got sky tv.

The only service I have at present with Sky is Sky Mobile.
I think the problem is because I did have Sky Stream a few weeks ago and then cancelled it. Thinking the system may still think I have it and its not allowing me to sign up for it again.....or not just yet.
One of the messages says that I already have a good offer and I cannot get past this.

Are you trying to sign up as a new customer so making sure you are not logged into the account details you had when you had Sky Stream, if so the only way round this would be to sign up to Sky over the phone.
