Amazon voucher not received

I signed up to Sky directly via telephone in August 2024 and was told I would receive a £100 Amazon gift voucher after being subscribed for a certain amount of time (I can't remember exactly, but I think it was 4 months). I have now exceeded this length of time, and have been in touch with Sky via telephone a few times, who told me to contact Gift Cloud. I did this, but Gift Cloud are not affiliated with my subscription as I signed up directly through Sky. 

 

Has anyone else been promised an Amazon gift voucher through Sky and has / hasn't received it?

I have never received my welcome voucher, despite chasing it up many times and being told different stuff by each advisor, to date nothing has been sent to me

Same here despite chasing it constantly, trying to explain that the link to receive my new look voucher wouldn't work , being called a liar and been told that I received the voucher, but the e-gift card button does not work. I would not recommend sky to family and friends anymore. Find customer service absolutely rude and constantly being referred to other service team. You know what stick you voucher I had enough now
