A few days ago I recieved an email from sky saying I signed up to sky tv and they sent a break down of what I bought and cost. I went to my sky account (switched from talk talk to better Internet this summer) and changed passwords and checked orders as believed I was scammed. Nothing showed up and nothings come from my bank amount.
Today I received another email saying an engineer has been booked but the email in the email telling me to track my order is someone else's not mine?
Can anyone help or point me in the right direction. Had very bad experiences trying to contact sky themselves.
Have I been scammed?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@demigingerjazz It's likely the person who raised the order has provided an incorrect email address, as everything on your account looks ok and you've also checked and changed your password I don't see this as being a scam, it is legittimate.
I'm sure the person who has requested Sky will realise they are not getting emails from them and change it on their account.
