Am I being Undercharged?

Changed to Sky Essentials and given this for £15 per month

Current and predicted bills show in contract credits totalling £15 therefore being charged nil

I phoned and was told this would sort itself out but I don't seem to be getting charged in the foreseeable future

My bills show broadband cost only

It might be something to do with you cancelling your previous TV package as we are billed in advance so any vet payment would appear as a credit.
