My contract has expired and would like to renew it.
How on God's (or any applicable deity) do i actually do this???
Wasted most of the morning, 45mins on hold and just gave up, used the AI (Artificially Incompetent) Bot, didnt understand any key phrases, when i did finally find anything mentioning contract, it first listing how to cancel my contract - opposite of what im trying to acheive, or it sends me to Sky.com with politely tells me I am on a rolling contract and select 'Continue' to go through the renew process, only to be given an error stating it they cant process my request online..
Back to the start.
After 18yrs with them, its a sorry state I cant even get through to a human being anymore, every time i tried, the Bot would insult me further by saying 'let me see if i can help you first' or something along those lines.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYour discounts have expired not your contract. That remains in place until you cancel it.
If your discounts have ended the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

Thanks for the explanation regarding the contract, but my issue of actually discussing this with them, is the problem overall, ill just keep trying.
The very annoying this, is that it would be so easy to do via Sky.com, but it just doesnt let you.
