Hi.
I have been charged 2 x £10.00 admin charges for recontracting through Sky, I was told when I recontracted that these would be waved as Sky is already expensive enough and with the CPI increases every year. I wasn't expecting to be charged them but it seems I have.

Thanks Mark, I know and for recontracting their services, they just charge you £10.00 per service, I won't be bitten by it again and am seriously thinking of going elsewhere in future.

@tracscott
Admin charges are usually added to discounted deals (new or on renewal), and it’s normally £10 per discount. Perhaps check your future bills and see if the charges have been credited back. If you negotiated the deal on the phone call again and query it. They should be able to listen back on your original call to hear what was said.
