Admin fee and stupid cost increase scam

Not happy that my cost has increased... I was aware of my deal when renewal and did accept the new charge of £40 and not £46. Your system didn't work properly at the time I must of accepted the new deal... which in result means I pay more than expected. Common sense... of why would I pay more when I don't have too. Please could someone rectify this or lower my cost as to the competitive prices available online asap. If this is not acceptable to you or this won't be changed, please contact me to cancel my subscription and I will find another provider. Companies of this stature where costs increase when better deals are available is day light robbery and especially when YOUR system doesn't work properly when deals are accepted. I'm sure you can see last time I logged in and went through the process of accepting the deal... yet to get the extra £6 a month is a scam. Also £10 admin fee... for what? Me keeping the same service and nothing changing.... I haven't given you any issues during my contract and been a easy customer! So £10 for your company to renew a contract! Another way to scam thousands if not millions out of customers! I look forward to hearing from you soon to get this sorted or complaints will be filed and business will be lost.

@Kenny83  You're not contacting Sky customer services via this community, no one at Sky would know who you are or have access to your account, nothing will hapen on the back of your post.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
