Evenin,
Having caught up with some threads and their comments,I wanted to seek confirmation before ringing Sky,to try and negotiate a renewal.
"Am I right in thinking(info found in other threads)that for every discount you manage to secure from Sky for your new subscription,they then slap a £10 admin fee on every single one of those discounts?
"IF thats true,am guessing the first month of the new subscription,will be a heck of a lot more expensive,due to the costs incurred from the admin fees?"

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThey do slap on these admin charges but as you are aware of then you might be able to haggle it down to just the one so this is worth a try.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@DorsetJon That is correct , but they are obligated to inform you of such charges before you commit
if they fail to do so and they still apply them you could challenge it and they may waive some or all of the fees

@SKY1992bf @caesarome many thanks,folks.
With my mum in poor health with kidney disease,im dreading ringing Sky,this time.
I'm normally a good haggler,but caring for mum,has knocked the wind out of my sails.
