Additional charge

I'm having trouble understanding a charge on my bill as its not explained why I've been charged it says additional debit £17 Sep on my October bill. Can't seem to get a human to speak to so thought I'd see if anyone here might know. Thanks

Was it a payment that was carried over from your last bill, so what does show on lasts months bill ?

My bills are usually the same amount each month and looking forward its the same £90 but the bill just paid today had that charge on it of £17 but no explanation of what the charge is other than saying additional debit £17

That's why I asked what was shown on last months bill, was the full £90 taken for example ?

 

Can you expand where it says the £17 to see if further infoemation is shown ?

Hi this is the only information when I expand,  previous bills were for usual amount

I had to get a new mini box as it went faulty,  the engineer took the faulty one away. Could the £17 be a charge if sky thought I never returned the item despite the engineer taking it? I had this before when I returned an old hub when I got fibre and they tried to charge me but I provided proof of postage.  Obviously I have nothing to show them for the box the engineer took back.

It could be so I would call Sky to ask them what this is and if it is that explain to them that it was returned with the engineer.
