Can't link my Sky ID

It asks me to link my Sky ID to my Sky account to access Account Management but when I input postcode and sky account number/bank details it states they cannot locate me in the system

Yep. Asks for postcode and the last 5 digits of the account used to pay for broadband to locate account.

You appears to be using two different logins on here so are you using the correct one to link your ID ?
