You will need to contact Sky support to do this, there are a few ways to contact Sky about this including using a messaging service as you can see via the Contact Us button under Downgrade here:

You can remove ad-skipping directly through your My Sky account: https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv

If you want to downgrade your Netflix subscription you can do that via https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
