Hi, I have started using Sky Broadband and want to get my wife's name also added to the bills. How can I do that?

I used Sky bb back in 2020-2021 and was able to add an extra name by calling to customer care. But now, these chatbots don't provide any customer care numbers so thought of checking if the process has changed.

You can have someone added to your account that they can call Sky for you as they can do most things apart from cancelling.

Thank you, any idea how I go about adding my wife's name then please. Even if it's only to allow her to speak to Sky on the telephone. Many thanks, greatly appreciated.

If you have a telephone password, simply tell her what it is. She'll then be able to do most things on your behalf. She won't be able to cancel, however.
If you don't have a telephone password, give Sky a call to set one up.
