Ad Skipping

We cancelled ad skipping 2 or 3 months ago, but Sky is still charging us for it. Trying to use the chat is pointless; talking to a bot that is no help at all. I need someone from Sky to contact me, and trying to call someone is impossible, so this is my last hope.

@Pennywise  Does ad skipping still show here https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/home-setup  and if so does it allow you to remove it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It shows that I can add it, and when watching TV, if I try to skip ads, it says I need to upgrade to skip ads. Not happy they are taking money like this.

If it shows you can add it, then would imply its not currently active on your account.

 

Does your latest bill definitely show a line item for Ad skipping?

Yes, it shows we are being charged for ad skipping at 6.00 a month.

So the forums are worthless as well; I get asked a bunch of questions by people who don't work for Sky, and get nothing from Sky while they steal my money. It's time to leave Sky, I believe..
